The free 50 minute consultation includes:

  • Fitness testing
  • Body composition measurements
  • In depth explanation of the programs provided
    30 minute workout.

By the end of the consultation you will have a good idea of where your fitness is at and what your strengths and weaknesses are. You will also be given 2 full body workouts specifically designed to help you reach your goals. One that can be used at a gym with equipment and one specifically designed to be done at home if you have little to no equipment. After my 1 hour free consultation you will have a good understanding how my program will help you reach your goals, how to do a full body workout on your own and you will also have learned a lot about your own fitness levels.
